Frank McMullin

Mr. McMullin was raised in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.  His education was in the parochial school system which concluded with an AB in Economics from St. Joseph’s University (Class of ’66). 

Frank started in the personal service industry at an early age to pay his tuition and college expenses.    Upon graduation he entered the management training program at the John Hancock Institute in Boston.

While in Boston, Frank fell in love with his wife of 43 years, Anne McMullin, of Delaware County.  The happy couple moved back to Philadelphia after a short trip to Fort Jackson, SC, compliments of the US Army. 

From 1971 to 1984, Mr. McMullin served as a consultant for the Fin Plan Company in Wayne, Pennsylvania.  Mr. McMullin was active in all phases of Fin- Plan's activities, with primary emphasis in corporate and personal financial planning. 

In 1984, McMullin & Associates was established to design personal and corporate financial plans for middle market companies, to install and administer Executive Fringe Benefit Programs as well as Health & Welfare Plans. 

Over the last 40 years, Mr. McMullin served:  the Philadelphia Chapter of Society of Financial Service Professionals (as President), the Advisory Council for the Inter-County Hospitalization Plan, Inc., the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia. 

While continuing his education he earned several certifications and designations in the following areas:  Chartered Life Underwriter, Pension Planning, Advanced Estate Planning, Employee Benefit Planning, Risk Management and Financial Consulting.

Frank has been a resident of Wayne, PA where he and Anne raised their children Peter, an Investment Banker in Greenwich, CT and Annmarie, who just completed her tenth year of service to St. Joseph’s University as Coordinator for Institutional Research.

Sean Becker

For the past 10 years Mr. Becker has provided executive level financial and business advice to individuals and corporations spanning the globe.

Prior to beginning his financial services career Mr. Becker:  grew up in a large family in southern New Jersey, received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, served on General Electric’s Early Identification Program, and earned a M.S. in Engineering Management from UMass while serving General Dynamics as a business and program manager.

From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Becker served as the Chief Operating Officer for The Private Family Office a 40 employee accounting, taxation, and legal services firm that served ultra high net worth income individuals.  As COO, Mr. Becker was responsible for the day to day operations as well as for creating and executing the businesses growth plan with an ultimate goal of selling the company.  After a successful sale to Guggenheim Wealth Management and upon completion of the strategic integration efforts within the new company, Mr. Becker decided to leave Guggenheim Partners to start his own business.

In 2006, Sean W. Becker Consulting was established to provide financial and business advisory services to wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, small and middle market companies. 

In 2008, Mr. Becker started a strategic partnership with McMullin and Associates; he became registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and took over the internal leadership roles of Operations Executive and Investment Committee Chair.  McMullin and Becker have since forged a partnership and Mr. Becker has been identified as the firm’s successor.
